Purchase of Own Shares


Creston plc announces that on 27 June 2007 it purchased 30,000 of its ordinary
shares of 10 pence each at prices between 157 pence each and 163
pence each with an average price of 160.33 pence per share. The purchased shares
will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, Creston plc
holds 64,824 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 55,696,414 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares).
