Creston plc (the 'Company')
Exercise of share options and transaction in its own shares
The Company announces that on 13 October 2006, 895 options over ordinary shares
were exercised at an exercise price of 167.5 pence per ordinary share and long
term incentive plan obligations were satisfied by the issue of 19,848 ordinary
shares. The issue of ordinary shares pursuant to these matters were satisfied by
the issue of ordinary shares held in treasury.
The Company announces that it purchased 4,565 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p each
on 13 October 2006 at a price of 178.5 pence per ordinary share. The Company
intends to hold these shares in treasury.
Following these transactions, Creston holds 41,773 of its ordinary shares in
treasury and has 54,925,656 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
