Restructuring Plan: Result of Convening Hearing

London, 22 May 2024 - Consort Healthcare (Tameside) plc (the "Company"), provides an update regarding the restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006 in respect of the Company announced on 24 April 2024 following issuance of the practice statement letter (the "Restructuring Plan").

Following the convening hearing which took place on 20 May 2024 in the High Court in London, the Court made an order that meetings of the Restructuring Plan's creditors (the "Plan Creditors") be convened for Plan Creditors to consider and vote on the Restructuring Plan (the "Plan Meetings"). The Plan Meetings will be held in London on 12 June 2024. Full details of the Restructuring Plan and Plan Meetings have been provided to Plan Creditors. A summary of the key terms of the Restructuring Plan on which the Plan Creditors will vote is appended to the announcement of 24 April 2024.

Following the Plan Meetings, it is anticipated that a sanction hearing will take place on 15 and 16 July 2024, at which the Court will consider whether to sanction the Restructuring Plan. The consequences of the possible outcomes to this hearing are set out in the announcement of 24 April 2024.

The Company continues to communicate directly with Plan Creditors.
