SURRENDER OF OPTIONS /ISSUE OF EQUITY
Harrier Group Plc ('Harrier' or 'the Company') announces that following Jim
Stoddart's resignation as a Director of the Company, he has surrendered options
over 4,307,955 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at
an exercise price of 4.5p.
Mr Stoddart has exercised his remaining options over 1,435,985 Ordinary Shares
of 1p each at a price of 4.5p per share. Following this exercise, Mr Stoddart
will be interested in 1,435,985 ordinary shares of 1p each representing
approximately 4.6% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM
and for trading to commence at 8.00 a.m. on the 15th April 2005.
These new Ordinary Shares will, when allotted and issued fully paid, rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares now in issue. The total
number of Harrier Ordinary Shares in issue following the exercise of these
options will be 30,746,290.
