DIRECTOR DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 21 February 2013 that on that date Preston Rabl, Executive Director, bought 40,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of 105 pence per share.  Following this transfer Mr Rabl's notifiable holding in the Company will be 891,190 shares representing 0.99% of the Company's total voting rights.
