The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 3 June 2011 that on that date, certain trusts, in which Michael Wigley, Non-Executive Director, has a beneficial interest, purchased 30,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 117 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Wigley's notifiable holding in the Company is 330,000 Shares representing 0.32% of the Company's total voting rights.
