Appointment of Director

The Board has today appointed Preston Rabl as a director of the Company.  Preston is currently Chairman of Laxey Partners Limited and is also a director of various private companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and was a partner in stockbrokers Henderson Crosthwaite. He jointly founded WPP plc from which he resigned in 1987, since when he has been an investor in, director of or advisor to various public and private companies.

Preston holds 125,000 shares representing 0.26% of the Company's current shared issued capital and, as announced separately today, has agreed to subscribe for further shares in the Placing.

Robert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar, said:

Preston was an investor in and hence a director of The Visual Communications Partnership Limited when it went into creditors' liquidation in 1991. Preston was not involved in the operations of the company.
