PEMBROKE DOCK PLANNING APPLICATION
The Board of The Conygar Investment Company PLC announces that its subsidiary
undertaking, Martello Quays Limited, has submitted a planning application to
Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of its Pembroke Dock Waterfront
development. The application includes 450 residential units, a 260 berth marina,
associated parking, a hotel, a five screen cinema and associated leisure and
retail facilities.
