Proposed Management and Directorate Changes

Cora Gold Limited, the West African focused gold exploration company, announces proposed management and directorate changes.

After a 40 year career in the minerals industry Cora Gold's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") Dr. Jonathan ("Jon") Forster has confirmed that he wishes to reduce his workload. Dr. Forster will remain Head of Exploration at Cora Gold, a role he currently holds, and in due course he will step down from his post as CEO. It is anticipated that in early 2020, subject to the completion of regulatory due diligence, Robert ("Bert") Monro will succeed Dr. Forster as CEO and re-join the board of directors having previously held the position of non-executive director of Cora Gold from May 2017 to July 2019. The Company will provide an update and further details on this matter in due course.
