Annual General meeting

Trading update

At the commencement of today's Annual General Meeting in Manchester of Coral
Products plc ('Coral'), one of Europe's leading manufacture of media packaging
products for DVD, Video and CD, the Chairman, Sir David Rowe-Ham, made the
following statement:

'Trading for the first four months of the current year has been encouraging and
we have increased our volume sales of video boxes and DVDs during this period.
Should this trend continue, we would anticipate a worthwhile improvement in
profitability for the half year to 31 October 2002.'
