PDMR share dealing

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that it was notified on 12 February 2018 of the following dealings in ordinary shares by PDMRs of the Company.

On 9 February 2018 Neil Ashurst, a PDMR of the Company, acquired 24,950 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.0p per share, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase Mr Ashurst owns 76,701 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 9 February 2018 Steve Cranswick, a PDMR of the Company, acquired 1,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.88p per share, representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase Mr Cranswick owns 51,415 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
