Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed on 25 September 2020 that Paul Freud, a director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.5 pence per share on 24 September 2020.

Following the above transaction, Mr Freud holds 2,098,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
