Regency Mines Plc, the exploration and mineral investment company, has today been notified by Mr Andrew Bell, a Director, that following a purchase of 13,100,399 shares in the Company at 0.014p per share today, his interest in the share capital of Regency is 77,096,715 shares, amounting to 3.09% of the issued share capital.

His shareholdings in the Company following the purchase are set out in the table below:
