Publication of SUPPLEMENTAL OFFERING CIRCULAR

The Supplemental Offering Circular dated 6 September 2022 has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing relating to:

· the Offering Circular dated 4 February 2022,and the supplementary offering circular dated 9 March 2022 relating to the €10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Godiva Covered Bonds LLP; and

· the Offering Circular dated 22 December 2021, and the supplementary offering circular dated 9 March 2022 relating to the €7,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.
