ComProp Limited ('the Company')
The Company announced today that it has allotted 100,000 ordinary shares under
its share option scheme. Application has been made for the shares to be
admitted for trading on AIM and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange from 14th
November 2001. The 100,000 shares were allotted at 5 pence per share.
