             Appointment of Thomas Scott as Non-Executive Director


ComProp today announces that Thomas Scott (junior) has been appointed a
Non-Executive Director of the Company.


Thomas Scott (senior),Chairman, commented:


'I am pleased to welcome my son Tom R Scott on to the Board. Tom qualified as a
Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London and is currently a director of several
local and UK companies. The Board welcomes his appointment as a non-executive
director and looks forward to benefiting from his energy and ideas in the years
to come'.


Tom R Scott has a beneficial interest in 99,222 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the capital of the Company.
