John Henwood retires as Chief Executive of ComProp Limited on 31st December
2000 after 38 years' service with the Company. John will remain on the board
as a non-executive director.
The Company has no plans to recruit a replacement Chief Executive at present.
Charles Day, Finance Director, will take over responsibility for the day to
day running of the Company's businesses.
