The Company has today issued share options in the Company in accordance with
the rules of the approved company share option scheme to three executive
directors: John Henwood, Charles Day and Michael Lucas.  Each of these
directors has been given an option over 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 130p.  The options are exercisable between 8th November 2001 and
7 November 2004.
