ComProp Limited ('the Company')
The Company was notified on 21 August 2001 that, following an acquisition of
shares on 17 August 2001, that Le Riche Group hold 1,915,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the capital of the Company, which represents 5.42% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
