Channel Television Group Limited ('The Company')
The Company announced today that it has allotted 3,500 new ordinary shares at
105p each and 18,000 new ordinary shares at 115.5p each pursuant to exercise
of options under the terms of the Company's share option scheme. Application
has been made for these shares to be admitted for trading on AIM from 11th
August 2000.
