("the Company")

Special Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces a special interim dividend of 3.00 pence payable on 16 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 22 September 2023, having an ex-dividend date of 21 September 2023. The special interim dividend has arisen because of additional income received from several investments in the energy and shipping sectors, which the investment manager does not necessarily believe will be repeated in the coming year. Further details will be made available when the Company releases its audited annual results for the year to 30 June 2023, which are expected to be released on 13 October 2023.

Change of Name of Broker

The Company also announces that its Sole Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited following completion of its own corporate merger.
