CQS NEW CITY HIGH YIELD FUND LIMITED

publication of supplementary prospectus

The Company is publishing a supplementary prospectus which is supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus published by the Company on 5 March 2015 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the placing programme in respect of the issue of up to 158,250,000 Ordinary Shares during the period commencing on 5 March 2015 and ending on 4 March 2016. 

The supplementary prospectus is required following publication of the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 June 2015, which constitutes a significant new factor relating to information included in the Prospectus.

A copy of the supplementary prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  The supplementary prospectus will also be available in electronic form on the section of the section of New City Investment Manager's website dedicated to the Company, which is located at www.ncim.co.uk/nc_main.php.
