ISSUE OF EQUITY

On 27 July 2018 the Company issued 2,500,000 ordinary shares of no par value from its blocklisting facility at a price of 60.4 per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 403,451,858 ordinary shares and there are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 403,451,858.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
