New City High Yield Fund Limited

First Interim Dividend
New City High Yield Fund Limited (NCYF) today announces a first interim dividend
of 0.88 pence per share payable on 25 November 2011 to shareholders on the
register on 28 October 2011, having an ex-dividend date of 26 October 2011.
The payment of 0.88 pence per share represents a 3.5 per cent increase on the
0.85 pence per share paid last year.
