Secondary Listing Investor Announcement

New City High Yield Fund Ltd announced on 26 April 2011 its intention to seek a secondary listing of the ordinary shares of the Company on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, LBG (the "CISX").

The following securities were admitted to the Official List of the Channels Islands Stock Exchange with effect from 3 May 2011 at 0800.
