Pursuant to the Cranswick Plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme, options over
1,201,688 ordinary shares of 10p each have been exercised. Accordingly,
application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank
pari passu with the existing issued shares of the company.
