How to access the AGM online
Shareholders may view the AGM online using their smartphone, tablet or computer. Access to the AGM will be available from 10.00am on 26 July 2021, although shareholders will not be able to submit questions on-line until the meeting is declared open.
To view the meeting electronically, shareholders should visit www.cranswick.plc.uk/investors/agm from their device.
To log into the meeting, shareholders will be prompted to enter their unique 11-digit Investor Code (IVC) including any leading zeros and 'PIN'. The PIN is the last 4 digits of a shareholder's IVC. This will authenticate shareholders to attend the meeting.
A shareholder's IVC can be found on his/her share certificate, or Signal Shares users ( www.signalshares.com ) will find this under 'manage your account' when logged in to the Signal Shares portal. Shareholders can also obtain this by contacting Link by calling +44 (0) 371 277 1010*.
If shareholders wish to appoint a proxy other than the Chair of the meeting and for them to attend the virtual meeting on their behalf, they should submit a proxy appointment in the usual way before contacting Link Group on +44 (0) 371 277 1020* in order to obtain their IVC and PIN. It is suggested that shareholders do this as soon as possible and at least 48 hours (excluding non-business days) before the meeting.
If shares are held within a nominee and a shareholder wishes to attend the electronic meeting, he/she will need to contact their nominee as soon as possible. The nominee will need to present a corporate letter of representation to Link Group, the Company's Registrar, as soon as possible and at least 72 hours (excluding non-business days) before the meeting, in order that they can obtain a unique IVC and PIN to enable such shareholder to attend the electronic meeting.
*Lines are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the UK will be charged at the applicable international rate.

Any shareholders or their duly authorised representatives attending the AGM in person must follow applicable safety guidelines displayed at the AGM venue. If any such person has tested positive, has COVID-19 symptoms, or has been asked to self-isolate, they should not attend the meeting.
In order to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19 at the AGM, no refreshments or product samples will be available and there will not be the opportunity to interact generally with directors before or after the meeting.
