Craven House Capital (AIM:CRV) announces that Ms Alexandra Eavis is resigning from the Board with immediate effect and will be replaced by Mr Calum Morrison, aged 47. Ms Eavis will continue in her role as Company Secretary.
Mark Pajak, Acting Chairman, commented, "We are delighted to welcome Mr Morrison to the Board. He brings a wealth of experience having managed businesses across a diverse range of emerging and frontier market jurisdictions. His reputation and network of relationships in these markets will be a significant benefit to the Company. I would like to personally thank Ms Eavis for her service, having helped steer the Company through a transformational period in recent years. Alexandra will now move on to concentrate solely on her role developing a private Assistive Technology company, Alcove Limited and we wish her success."

Calum is currently a director of Extraordinary Adventure Club Ltd.
