Suspension of Trading

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 15 April 2010, the Company announces that trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 07:00 on 4 May 2010 under Rule 15 of the AIM Rules. The Company will then have a further six months in which to substantially implement its Investing Policy or carry out a reverse transaction under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules before its admission to AIM is cancelled.

The directors of AIMI are currently investigating a number of potential investing opportunities and are in discussions with an external party with a view to implementing their investing policy as soon as possible.
