In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Medsea Estates
Group PLC advises that its issued share capital comprises of 70,629,412 ordinary
shares of 1p each. The voting rights of all these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Medsea Estates Group PLC under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
