Update: Application to join the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market
The Company has been informed by its legal advisers that the London Stock Exchange will not be able to progress the Company's application to join the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. The Company could not demonstrate to the London Stock Exchange that it met its eligibility criteria being that it is a highly specialised investment entity or that its shareholder base is only institutional, highly knowledgeable or professionally advised.
The dealings in the Company's shares on AIM were due to cease at close of markets on Friday 29 July 2016. As it will not be moving to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange, the Company's shares will continue to trade on AIM. The Company is evaluating the most appropriate market for the Company's shares and is committed to delivering shareholder value through the implementation of its investment strategy.
