Creightons plc
('Creightons', 'the Company')
Acquisition of Plant and Equipment
Creightons is pleased to announce that it has purchased (through a wholly owned
subsidiary) manufacturing plant and equipment in connection with its recent
acquisition of the brands, goodwill and international intellectual property
rights of Nemesis Toiletries Limited (in Administration), announced on 7 March
2003. The consideration of £145,700 has been satisfied in cash.
Chairman William McIlroy says, 'The plant and equipment we have acquired will
enable us to continue a manufacturing operation at the Peterborough site
formerly operated by Potter & Moore.'
'This will enable the Company to build on the existing blue-chip customer base
of both Creightons and the recently acquired Potter & Moore brands. We hope this
will enable the Company to become a stronger presence in the Toiletries sector,'
he added.
