Creightons plc (LSE: CRL),  manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products announces that it has been advised that a Person Closely Associated with Mr Paul Forster, Director, disposed of 20,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 101.26 pence per share yesterday, and that Mr Forster's notifiable holding in the Company after this transaction is now 1,093,318 ordinary 1p shares (1.60%).
