The Company was advised today that William McIlroy, Executive Director of the
Company, purchased 900,000 ordinary shares on 7 November 2002 for 1p per share
and purchased 1,800,000 ordinary shares on 14 November 2002 for 1.125p per
share.

Accordingly, William McIilroy is interested in 13,916,000 ordinary shares,
representing 25.64 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
