The Company was informed on 8 January 2003 that Bernard Johnson, Executive
Director of Creightons Plc, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 2p
per share on 3 January 2003.

The Company was also informed on 8 January 2003 that Bernard Johnson purchased
400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 2.25p per share on 7 January 2003.

Bernard Johnson now holds a total of 3,244,569 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 5.98 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
