DIRECTORATE CHANGE
The Board of Creightons plc (the 'Company') announces that, with effect from
31st August 2006, Bill Glencross will be appointed as a non-executive director,
following retirement from his present executive position on the Company's main
board, and from the board of Potter & Moore Innovations Limited, the Company's
wholly-owned subsidiary, where he has served as Managing Director since 14th
July 2005.
Bill was previously Deputy Managing Director of Potter & Moore Innovations
Limited since the Company's acquisition of the Potter & Moore business three and
a half years ago.
Bill has many years' experience in both the branded and private label
businesses, having been Sales & Marketing Director of Jean Sorelle and Potter &
Moore, and was previously general manager of the Fine fragrance division of
Shulton (Great Britain) Limited, part of Cyanamid Group Ltd.
