Grant of Share Options to Directors
Creightons has today granted options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option
Scheme to William McIlroy, the Executive Chairman of the Company, and Bernard
Johnson, Executive Director of the Company, as follows:

Note: In addition to the date period during which the share options may be
exercised, they may only be exercised if the mid-market closing price of the
Company's ordinary shares has been not less than 6p for three consecutive
trading days.
Any liability for employers or employees national insurance contributions,
income tax and capital gains arising from the exercise of the share options will
be payable by the option holder and not the Company.
