                                    Result of EGM

Creightons plc ('Creightons' or 'the Company') has today at an EGM adopted 
resolutions giving Shareholder approval to the disposal of its freehold interest 
in Units 1 to 6 Water Lane Industrial Park, Storrington, West Sussex.

As announced by your Board 4 April 2005 and 18 May 2005, Creightons has entered
into two contracts conditional only on Shareholder approval to sell certain
freehold property at Storrington.  The first contract is with CDA Southern
Limited to sell the Unit 6 for a cash consideration of £960,000. The second
contract is with Brecon Developments Limited to sell Units 1-5A for a cash
consideration of £700,000.  Due to the size of these disposals relative to the
Company and in accordance with the Listing Rules, both disposals were
conditional on the approval of Shareholders which was given at today's EGM.
