Statement re Share Price Movement

The board notes with concern the recent increase in the price of the company's
shares.  As stated in the Prospectus of 15 February 2000, the board is actively
pursuing a strategy based on the disposal of the present toiletries business and
acquisition of a business in a sector of the market favoured by investors, such
as e-commerce.

However, this process will take some time to complete.  The board will make
further announcements when appropriate, but there is nothing for the board to
make any further announcement about at this time.
