Suspension of listing

The  Board  of  Creightons announces that it is  presently  in
discussions with its major shareholders with a view to raising
additional  capital  for the Company. In  view  of  this,  the
announcement of the Company's interim results, due to be  made
today,  has been postponed and the Company's shares have  been
temporarily  suspended  from listing. A further  announcement,
clarifying the position on the fundraising and containing  the
interim results, will be issued as soon as practicable and  is
expected  to  be  made in mid-February.  The  listing  of  the
Company's shares is expected to be restored at the time of the
further announcement.
