CREO is an established Chinese property investor, with seven
properties in three of the PRC's leading cities. We expect it to add
to and unlock the value in its portfolio quite rapidly via active
management, refurbishment and development. The seven properties held
are diversified by sector and geography. Well-let commercial property
located in Shanghai is supplemented by development projects in that
city and elsewhere. These include a logistics park near Beijing's
international airport and a mixed residential, retail and leisure
scheme on a new marina in Qingdao, China's third largest port and the
venue for the Beijing Olympics sailing competition.
