                    Outcome of Extraordinary General Meeting


The Board of China Real Estate Opportunities S.A. ("the Company") announces that
the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company
held in Luxembourg today were duly passed.

Application for the cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's
shares on AIM is therefore now being submitted and it is expected that
cancellation will become effective on 12 March 2007.
