Re:  2000 Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative

The price of a New Share in respect of the 2000 Interim Dividend Scrip
Alternative will be Euro 18.08.  The entitlement will be one New Share for
every 345.962495 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and for
every 269.850746 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
