Re: 2000 Final Dividend Scrip Alternative
The price of a New Share in respect of the 2000 Final Dividend Scrip
Alternative will be Euro17.31. The entitlement will be one New Share for every
134.394410 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and for every
107.515528 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
