1999 Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative
The price of a New Share in respect of the 1999 Interim Dividend Scrip
Alternative will be Euro 20.04. The entitlement will be one New Share for
every 446.922391 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and for
every 339.661017 shares held where withholding tax does not apply.
