1999 Final Dividend Scrip Alternative
The Price of a New Share in respect of the 1999 Final Dividend Scrip
Alternative will be Euro18.09. The entitlement will be one New Share for
every 164.484452 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and for
every 128.297872 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
