Disposal
A. Cohen & Co. plc (the 'Company') announces that it has entered into an
agreement to dispose of its 20 per cent. interest in Scott Tod Developments
Limited ('Scott Tod') to Darwen Capital plc for a cash consideration of
£525,000.
The Company's total investment in Scott Tod was included in fixed assets at
£525,000 in the half yearly accounts released on 30 September 2003. The disposal
will result in the Company recording nil gain nil loss on disposal. The sale
proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.
