CRIMSON TIDE CONTRACT FOR M & S/PREMIER INNS SUPPORT TEAM PUSHES ICM'S
MPRO MOBILE SYSTEM USERS PAST THE 100 MARK
Crimson Tide's latest contract with Integrated Cleaning and Management Ltd brings the total number of mpro mobile data systems used by this company to over 100. The order is for 10 mobile systems for their M&S/Premier Inn support team and incorporates HTC HD2 smartphone units.
Crimson Tide's mpro system provides a mobile solution that allows ICM's field-based auditing team to audit the cleanliness and facilities management status at M & S branches and Premier Inns nationwide.
The mpro solution has a robust scheduling and alerting system, allowing office-based users great flexibility in creating jobs and regular tasks on Crimson Tide's cloud-based servers, which are then pushed wirelessly to the HTC smartphones held by the support users.
Says Crimson Tide Chairman Barrie Whipp: 'This contract with ICM is yet another instance of mpro devices being used in blue chip retail environments. Our solutions are very widely used in the high street and in retail park stores. We are very pleased that ICM have now passed the 100 user mark. '
