Croda International Plc ("Croda") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each on the London Stock Exchange via Morgan Stanley.

Croda intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, Croda holds 5,191,211 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 134,758,758 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
