Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 30 April 2012 Charles McMicking, a director of the Company, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64 pence each through his pension fund.

Following this transaction Mr McMicking has an interest in 46,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
